Clear refund terms for extension access and support fees.

This policy applies to Find Alerts Now warehouse job support fees and Warehouse Job Scheduler UK Chrome extension access, including the $50 USD extension plan and the $25 USD accepted-support fee. It does not promise job openings, interviews, selection, onboarding, hiring, or third-party response times.

Free request cancellation

A free request can be updated or cancelled by contacting support@getslotnow.com. The public request form does not collect payment.

Extension access pass

Warehouse Job Scheduler UK Chrome extension access is $50 USD for 30 days. Refund requests are reviewed based on whether the access pass has been activated or used, payment-provider rules, fraud checks, and applicable requirements.

Before support starts

If a Find Alerts Now support fee has been collected and standard support follow-up has not started, the visitor may ask to cancel and request a refund of that support fee.

After support starts

Support starts when standard support follow-up begins for the accepted request. Refund requests after support starts are reviewed based on the work already provided and applicable requirements.

Refund scope

Refunds, when applicable, are limited to Find Alerts Now support or extension access fees. They do not cover third-party costs, official fees, employer costs, or costs outside Find Alerts Now's control.

Refund method and timing

When a refund is processed through a payment provider, it is routed through the same payment gateway or acquiring bank used for the transaction and back to the same or original payment method when provider rules allow. Find Alerts Now does not provide cash refunds for card payments unless required by law and does not accept cash or any item of value to prepare a card refund. Banking timelines, provider rules, and available balance requirements may apply.

How to request

Email support@getslotnow.com with the request details, payment reference, date, amount, and a short description of the issue, if any. Support aims to review or acknowledge payment, cancellation, refund, or service-delivery questions within 36 hours during business days where applicable.
