This policy covers Find Alerts Now website support requests, accepted-support payment records, and the Warehouse Job Scheduler UK Chrome extension.

Find Alerts Now is an independent service. We are not affiliated with Amazon, hiring platforms, employers, staffing agencies, or payment providers.

If you submit a website contact form, we collect the details you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, message, and source page or service context.

We use this information to review your request, respond to you, manage accepted support work, and keep appropriate support records.

Do not submit passwords, one-time PINs, financial account details, government IDs, account credentials, or other sensitive information through the contact form.

The Warehouse Job Scheduler UK extension may store data locally in your browser so it can remember your job-search setup and continue monitoring. This can include your Amazon Jobs email, local search settings, selected cities or tags, job type, polling interval, Amazon access or session status, paid-access cache, pending checkout cache, and the last matched job or schedule.

Local extension data can be cleared by using the extension reset option where available, removing the extension, or clearing the browser storage associated with the extension.

The extension does not store your Amazon password or Amazon one-time PIN.

Without active paid access, users may still search and detect matching jobs, but the extension may block booking or application continuation.

Payment instrument details such as card numbers, bank account details, and UPI details are handled by Razorpay or the payment provider. Find Alerts Now does not store full payment instrument details.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share data with advertising networks for targeted advertising, and we do not provide extension data to data brokers.

We may share limited information only as needed with the getslotnow.com tracker and backend, hosting, database, logging, security, email, support, and payment providers, including Razorpay, as well as professional advisers, legal authorities, or compliance parties where required.

Amazon, hiring sites, payment providers, browsers, and other third-party services have their own privacy practices. Review their policies before using those services.

We do not store your Amazon password, Amazon one-time PIN, full card number, bank account details, UPI details, Razorpay secrets, Supabase secrets, or unnecessary government ID information.

We do not collect or store your full browsing history. Extension communications with getslotnow.com are limited to the data needed for access, monitoring, checkout, booking continuation, support, security, and compliance.

Website lead and support records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for follow-up, support history, accounting, dispute handling, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or business records.

Local extension data remains in your browser until you reset it, uninstall the extension, or clear the relevant browser storage.

Server-side access, payment, usage, and support records are retained only as needed for access management, support, refunds, disputes, fraud prevention, security, compliance, legal obligations, and business records.
